How do I order a yearbook?
This link take you directly to Josten's (our publisher) to order your yearbook.
You order, customize, and pay online. Pre-orders only.
What is the deadline for ordering a yearbook? / How much do they cost?
Books go on sale online in August.

NOTE: we sell books for less than the cost of production. This means we "take a loss" on every book we sell. Why is this possible? We sell ads for families of graduating seniors and to local businesses. These offset the cost of the book. Please consider supporting us this year with an AD.
When will I get my yearbook?
Yearbooks are distributed at school in June during a distribution event. We can only guarantee that you will receive a book if you pre-order. Books are not likely to be available for sale on distribution day. Students who order a book will receive a ticket in school prior to distribution. Bring your ticket with you to redeem your book.
Can I personalize my yearbook?
Yes, we offer name printing, icons, protection plans and more.

When are senior photographs due?

All senior pictures must be taken with our official photographer during the summer prior to your senior year.
After you have your picture taken, you will receive an email with proofs.
Select the picture you would like us to use.
(It must be a formal dress, headshot, with blue background, and no hands in the photo).

How do I submit an AD for my senior?
Senior Recognition ADs (sometimes called the Friends and Family Section) are ADs placed in the back of the yearbook congratulating seniors. Click here for more information or to place an AD.
When are underclass pictures and retakes?

How do I place a business AD?
If you are a local business owner or manager, please consider supporting our yearbook with an AD.

How do I share pictures with the yearbook for possible inclusion?
You can email them to yearbook@esmschools.org, or share a google folder to this email address.
We do not guarantee that your pictures will be used; however, we greatly appreciate all submissions for consideration. Please send in 300dpi if possible. Please include the name of the photographer. Photos must meet all copyright rules.
What do I do with Baby Pictures?
The yearbook does not print baby pictures for all seniors. You are probably looking for the senior graduation slide show. Please contact your class advisers for more information. That said, you are welcome to put in baby pictures in your senior ADs. Students love looking at these!
